ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Processing and delivery may take 1–5 business days, or slightly longer during NZ holidays or unforeseen delays.
What shipping options are available in New Zealand?
Standard (non-rural): $8 NZD
Rural delivery: $11 NZD

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Australia: $40 NZD
Worldwide: $70 NZD
Note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
You must select a date during checkout to proceed. However, this is a preference, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your item ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with a receipt.
What is NOT eligible for return?
Change of mind or wrong size
Sale items and gift cards
Items returned without prior approval
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges for size or colour.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@leatherrama.com with clear photos and your order number.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked postage. We’re not liable for lost return shipments.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer returns for international orders?
No. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing for international customers.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us with clear evidence for assessment.
